1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. But we also accept lower quantity for your first trial order.

2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample free of charge. Only a little sample charge will be needed for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes about 5-7 days, subject to your designs. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

5.How to deliver?

To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we recommend to deliver by express for small quantities, such as 1000pcs-10000pcs bracelets. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to arrive your side, but freight charge is not higher than that by sea.

For large quantities, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shenzhen or CIF your port.

6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

AI or CDR format is preferred, high solution PDF or JPG is also OK.

7.How many colors are available?

We can do as Pantone colors. You only need to tell us the pantone color number you want. We will match the colors.

8.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

ROHS, SGS, MSDS. All the materials are lead, cadmium & nickel free which can meet European & USA standard.

9. How can I pay?
