Product Description

WS-ErA50xx series is a high power multi-ports optical amplifier with gain spectrum band within 1540~1563nm,

it is mainly designed for the application of CATV or 1~8 continuous banding channel(ITU wavelength),it offers a flexible and low-cost solution for CATV large area coverage of metropolise and medium-sized cities.

WS-ErA50xx series products are widely used in AM CATV,Digital CATV,DBS&MMDS,FTTX PON etc.

Performance characteristic

1. Perfect APC,ACC,ATC control,excellent design in ventilation and heat dissipation to ensure long life and 

work stability of pump laser.

2. 1U 19”standard rack,max output port could reach 32 outputs.optional 500~5000mW(27~37dBm).

3. With low noise figure,entire unit adopts twin-stage amplification,

4. Pre-amplifier adopts low noise figure EDFA,output cascade adopts high power EYDFA,when input optical

 power pin=0dBm,noise figure is Type ≤4.5dB, Max ≤5.0dB.

5. LCD at the front of pannel offers index of equipment and warning alarm.the laser will switch off automatically

 if optical  power is missing,which offer security protection for the laser.
