The main equipment adopts stand structure, including three sand silo (36m³/one), two powder material bins (36m³/one), and two additive bins (0.8m³/one).The sand can hoist by the elevator, the powder material is transport to the powder material bins by the bulk tanker, the two kinds of additive can be hoisted to the additive layer by the electric lifting equipment, and put the additive into the additive bins in artificial, The sand, powder and additive adopt adopt screw conveyer ingredients, the weighing hopper adopts electrical measuring with high accuracy and small error. The control system adopts automatic and manual control with the function of perfect self-locking and interlock, as well as the function of common fault detection and alarm, which have ensure the system can be operate with accurate and reliable performance.
