Brief Instructions of Stainless Steel Mortuary Refrigerators

II.          Structural Features:

An internal and an external metal framework is adopted for the main body of the all-enclosed condenser set mortuary refrigerators and the internal and the external layers are separated by a layer of the electric & heat insulation material, so that excellent firmness and heat insulation property of the main body is guaranteed.        (The complete hermetical mortuary refrigerator with condenser units adopt internal and external metal framework for main body and the two layers are separate by heat insulation material for guaranteeing fastness and best heat insulation property of mortuary refrigerator.)

The interior (internal) and the exterior (external layers) are covered with (clad by) stainless sheet steel, thus making them (for) bright & (,) beautiful in their appearance, durable in their service life and strong in their corrosion resistance.

The stretchers used for them (of which) are made of (is formed by) stainless steel tubes bent into shape and covered with (clad by) stainless steel,which are attached with four nylon rollers (pulleys) so as to ensure (for) smooth and easy traveling (sliding) when loaded with (transporting) a dead body (corpse).

The evaporator made of T3 copper tubes with best heat conduction is laid in (on) both sides of the inwalls so as to obtain a good (for best) evaporation result (effect) and a large refrigerating output.

(With pressure controller,) The compressor set is equipped with a pressure control system (units), which has(ve) such (the) features as (of) high efficiency,low noise,smooth running (performance),safety and reliability in performances.

III.       Installation and Points of (Matters Need) Attention:

1. 1.        The mortuary refrigerators should be placed in rooms (where is) with good (best) ventilation and (,) no direct sunshine and the (indoor) environment temperature within them should be kept between 40℃ and -15℃.
2. 2.        There should be sufficient space left around the mortuary refrigerators,especially the condenser sets (units, should be with sufficient space for) so as to guarantee(ing) easy installation,operation,repair and maintenance. The distance between the wall of the room and the (windward) side facing the wind of the air cooling condenser set (units) should be more than (at least) 1~5 m at least for guaranteeing excellent condensation and heat dissipation,the distance between the wall of the room and the lateral sides of the mortuary refrigerators should be 0.8~ 1.2 m and the space in front of the mortuary refrigerators should be over 2 m in length.

3.The ground surface for placing mortuary refrigerators should (must) be solid (stability) and level(ing) without any displacement phenomenon caused by turning or vibration.

4.(The power supply of condenser units) There should be a special power line provided for the condenser set, (and) it is not allowed to use (the) a common socket  (with) shared by other equipment,(the condenser units must) and (be equipped with) a power switch and a (,) fuse box should be installed, and additionally an indicator light to show the (for) working conditions of the condenser set (units as far as possible) should be preferably furnished. The (rated) power voltage (of condenser units) should be guaranteed to be within ± 10% of the rated voltage of the condenser set and the earthing should be safe and reliable.

5.(The condenser units must) There should not be any (with) abnormal noise produced when the condenser set is working,the heat emitted in the (evolution of) compressor body should be kept (is) normal and the exhausting air temperature should not exceed 100℃.

The turning direction of fan blades on the air cooling condenser set (units) should conform to that (the) designated (direction) on the fan blade and there should be a  temperature rise felt on the condensation fins (should rise) when touching (feeling it) them by hand.

1. III.             Repair and Maintenance of Condenser Sets (Units)
2. 1.        The condenser sets should be managed and operated (only) by the assigned persons (can manage and operate the condenser units), which should be kept (keep frequent cleanness for equipment) clean and checked frequently on (inspect) their working conditions.
3. 2.        If there is any abnormal sound heard, (or) pressure observed or (and) severe temperature change (have been) found during operation,the condenser set (this equipment) should (must) be stopped immediately for inspection and restarted after debugging.
4. 3.        (The person concerned should frequently check) The sensitivity of parts or fittings in circuits,self controller,safety and protection systems should be frequently checked so as (in order) to prevent (from) any unnecessary losses caused (led) by malfunctions.
5. 4.        (The operation and regular maintenance of condenser units) There should be (guided by) professional personnel on site to give instructions, when the condenser set is operated, maintained and taken care of regularly, and if there is any trouble or accident occurred, (only) it should be checked and handled by (the) professional personnel (should inspect and dealt with the equipment if it has malfunction or accident).
6. 5.        The wiring diagram of each (per) condenser set (unit) is printed on the electric box of it (compressor unit) (because the wiring methods are different for imported compressor sets (units from) made in different countries).
7. 6.        Power Supply and Voltage: (Three-wire system is) 220V for the three-wire system and (four-wire system is) 308V for the four-wire system.
