It specially can be used to small building which have 2-16apartments or flats or households of a building.

The installation is very easy ,same as the installation for villa ,each household just have one cable ,not like for the multi-stories building .

Payment Terms :

We accept: WU , T/T, L/C, O/A, PAYPAL .

For sample : 100% payment in advance

For bulk order (OEM): 30% Deposit to confirm order. 70% balance payment before shipment

New project (ODM) : 100% Development charge in advance

New project Tooling : 50% to confirm order ,50% balance payment when tooling finished

Shipment Lead time details :

Sample : in 3-5 working days

Bulk order (OEM) : in 25-30 working days

New tooling (ODM) : in 30 working days

We use express courier to ship out our product: DHL. UPS .TNT . EMS .By Air . By Sea

The delivery time of each shipment will vary between countries

Guarantee :

For the warranty, we always give one year warranty when we sell the products in Chinese Mainland.
However, we must apply other methods to handle the after-sale service for the oversea orders since the freight cost of international consignments can be very high.  

So if there are some problems, pls tell us, then we will provide repair manual as well as technical support. Most problems which occur during use can be repaired quite easily. So we recommend customers to resolve them locally.

If there are some products which really can't be repaired, after we confirm the precise quantity of such product, we will send the agreed quantity of new products free of charge with the next delivery to compensate for the loss.
