Structure of Film Blowing Machine

This machine is mainly composed of extruder,quick-change filter screen device, spiral headpiece, efficient cooling air ring system, tunable foam stability device, rotary device, tractor and friction type recoiling machine. It is mainly used to produce the film that mixed by the raw material: HDPE, LDPE and LLDPE. It is one special purpose film blowing machine.

It adopts the extruder with force feeding function, precision type ceramic heater, precision type double vents air ring, horizontal type rotary traction system, IBC inner cooling system, fully automatic surface friction type double cut double winders, computer concentrate control system, advanced technique and equipments. Usage

Film blowing machine for blowing PE (polyethylene) film, such kinds as low density polyethylene (LDPE), high 

density polyethylene (HDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) etc.which kinds of film are widely used

for packing liquid, industrial products, garments and textile; for making plastic bags, like T-shirt bag, flat bags, 

garbage bags etc.

1. Main motor, take up motor and winder motor are controlled by Taiwan 

    Powtran frequency inverters.

2. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA Polished with Nitride Treatment
   hardness of heat treatment: screw HV≥740, barrel HV≥900
   depth of hardening: 0.6-0.7mm
   brittleness grade: ≤2 grade 

3. Gear box: 250 Involutes cylinder Bevel wheel, cast alloy steel piston, fine grinding hard gear surface

4. Die material: steel 45#/surface treatment of flow channel: hard chrome- plating 

5. Double digital display temperature controller in the die head

6. It can use 100% recycled materials to blow film.
