120T/D complete plant production line for wheat flour making

There are  mainly three steps of flour mill processing

Cleaning---Milling---Packing

1.Cleaning:

Including precleaner, a. high efficiency vibrating sifter, b. gravity classify destoner, c. magnetic separator, d. horizontal scourer, e. plane revolving sifter, f. washer dampener.

In order to remove large,small,light,heavy,stone and metal impurities in raw material.

2.Milling:

Including milling, a. square sifter, b. purifier, c. bran finisher/brusher 

In order to mill wheat into flour and separate flour from bran.

Mill: mill the wheat to break the integrity by the roller moving

Sifter: to separ ate the flour and bran,also separate large size and small size to ensure flour quality

 3.Packing:

Including Manual Packing Spout, Manual Packing Machine, weighing equipment, auto weighing packing scale(1-5kg,5-25kg,25-50kg), all these can be designed according to requirement.

       Cleaning the raw material------Milling the material into flour--------Packing the flour into bags.

   A: Durum wheat, Hard wheat, Soft wheat.
4.Q:Which kind final products we can get form the wheat flour mill? And  the usage of?the?products? 
             A: Semolina(very high gluten)-----Pasta
                 Strong flour (gluten >13%)------Bread
                 Plain flour (gluten 9%-12%)-------Noodle,Steamed bread
                 Soft flour (gluten<8%)------Cake ,Biscuit
