Product description

     Chopped strand mats are made of chopped strands of 50mm in length, which are randomly dispersed and bonded together with polyester binder in powder or emulsion form. The mats are compatible with unsaturated polyester, vinyl Ester and other various resins.

Feature:

Application

They are mainly used in hand lay-up, filament winding and compression molding processes. The typical FRP products are panels, tanks boats, complete set of sanitary equipment, automotive part, cooling towers, pipes etc.

Packaging

Chopped strand mat could be produced into different widths, each roll is round on a suitable cardboard tube with inside diameter of 76mm or 100mm, then put into a polyethylene bag, fastened the bag entrance and packed into a suitable cardboard box. Upon to customer’s request, this product could be shipped either with carton packaging only or with pallet packaging. In pallet packaging, the products could be vertically or horizontally put on the pallets and fastened with packing straps and shrink film.
