        At Green Power, our goal is 100% satisfication of customers. Whenever you send the mail requesting price or product details, we will reply within 24 hours, never keeping you waiting.

2. OEM avaialble

       Aware that some customers need to promote their own brands in the local markets , we are able to provide OEM service, including silkscreening the requested logo on the product and  using the requested artworks for packaging, etc.

3. Able to provide customized products

     With more than 5 years' experience in this industry, it is no problem for us to provide the voltage stablizers with customized specifications.

4.  1-year warranty 

    We are providing 1-year warranty for the voltage stablizers. In addition, we provide 0.5 % of order quantity PCBA. During the warranty period, if there is any problem, pelase use  the R.M.A. parts for replacement. If the R.M.A. rate is higher than the parts we provide, please send to us a formal report for the problem. And we will solve it as soon as possible to protect your interest.

 1. What's the payment term?

     For mass production, we accept T/T payment, 30% deposit before production and 70% balance before shipment. For small amount, we aslo accept Western Union.

2. How is the lead time?

  It takes 30 days for the production.

3. What's the standard packaging?

  We are using color box for the votlage stablizer packaging.

4. What material are you using for the transformer?

     Considering the price, usually we are using aluminum for the transformer . But if the customer needs, we can aslo use copper. This depends on the product price.

5. Can you offer Form A or C/O?

    Sure, no problem to provide Form A or C/O.
