1. Main introduction of palm kernel oil processing machine

Palm kernel oil processing machine introduction:
Pam kernel oil processing is different from palm fruit oil press processing line. Traditional palm oil includes crude palm oil (CPO) pressed from palm fruit, and refined palm oil (RPO), not includes palm kernel oil.

2. Main process of palm kernel oil processing machine production line:

（1）Palm kernel Cleaning : It is used for removing the iron impurities, stone, fiber and others. These impurities are bad for machines, especial for the palm kernel expeller.

（2）Palm kernel crushing: Because the palm kernel is hard and big size, it is required to crash to smaller and even pieces.

（3）Palm kernel and nuts shell separation. Both dry and wet separations are available. Wet separation is mostly used in palm kernel separation, on basis of difference of relative density of palm kernel and shell.

（4）Palm kernel drying. Fresh kernel contains 20% moisture. Palm kernel has no mildew during transportation and storage while moisture drops below 7%.

（5）Cooking section: It is used for heating and cooking the crashing materials, to make is suitable for pressing, doing like this can help final user get the maximum oil and good quality cakes.

（6）Palm kernel oil pressing. Palm kernel oil pressing production line is simple with usual oilseeds. The pre-pressing by oil pressing machine can obtain 1/4 palm kernel oil, and residual oil need twice pressing.

（7）Palm kernel Filtering section: after pressing, there are some oil dregs in the crude oil, after clarifying, we need to filter the crude oil to avoid to jam the oil pipes during refining processes.

Palm oil refining process:

1.Filtration: The purpose of this step is to remove the granular impurities in palm oil.
2.Degumming: Pumping crude oil into oil refining tank, stirring quickly, and simultaneously heating by steam or heat-transfer oil(in coiled heater). Then add some hot water. You should control the water amount, temperature and water adding speed. If phospholipid lasts long suspended in oil, which is hard to gather to make flocculent precipitate. We can rise up the speed of adding water, conversely slow down. At the meanwhile, adding alkali to remove the FFA. For the batch type and semi-continuous type refinery, they will adopt precipitation separation method, continuous refineries will adopt centrifuge separation method.
3.Decolorization: Inhale definite amount of decoloring agent(floridin or acticarbon)into the oil, continuously stirring and heating for 25min. After that, pump the mixture of oil and floridin into filter to separate oil and floridin.
4.Deodorization: Pump and heat decolorized oil, when oil temperature reaches above100℃, injecting the direct steam to take the odors away. We can get refined palm oil, which is edible at this step.
5.Fractionation: This is very important process in palm oil refining, But before this step, we have get edible palm oil, in another word, if not for special usage, this step could be cancled in palm oil refining.
