Taps performance tester

1.  It is designed according to the relevant requirements, applicable to the taps manufacture enterprises or relevant partments for the impact test of the taps, the airtight test and durability test. Using the high precision pressure transducer to sampling, Through the dispose of the SCM system to discriminant  all kinds of signals volume (Sound and Light alarm).  When the start signal is given, the measured pieces fill the gas to the rated value, the system closed.at this time detect whether the pressure change of the circuit test system can meets the requirements, and given the test results within the test time.

2.  The test order is: first for the impact tests , carried out the airtight test after the completion of the test, the final test is for durability test.

4.  The pressure range : 0.1~4.5Mpa use the 0.5 class pressure transmitter,the gasholder used the 0.5 class pressure transmitter; When the pressure of the gas storage tank less than the setpoint,the control system activated the air supply valve to make the system restore   normalcy;

5.  Booster pump system: 0.1~4.5Mpa

6.  Test interval time: Can set from 0-99 seconds.

7.  Test times: can be presetfrom 0-99999 times.

8.  Station: There is one.

9.  Test sample: According to the test samples which are provides by the costomer.

10. Not including computers, including computer software. With high-pressure gas storage tank and the booster pumps.
