PE63  pipe extrusion line

1 features of the extrusion line :

1)Extruder:

Screw and barrel:

the material of screw and barrel is 38CrMoALA forge piece ,which has been twice nitrided and the structure and outside processing is designed according to the customers’ formula.

Driven system:

the motor is AC motor from Siemens, the speed regulator is Switzerland ABB inverter; gear box:the gear and bearing are made of high tension alloy steel;

Control system:

Siemens PLC and Siemens LCD screen

Electric components:

The contactors and relays are from Schneider(joint venture company), the breaker and aviation switch are from DELIXI(one of the best electric manufacturers in China). The inverters are from Switzerland ABB.

The heater and blower:

The heater is aluminum heating ring from OUZHAN; the blowers are from Wuxi TESHUN.

Note:

the extruder is equipped with complete alarming system which would prevent the extruder from being damaged by any accidents.

2) Mould:

The material of the mould is 45# steel, the inner channel of the mould is chromed. The bush and the die body adopt sphere type connection which makes it easy for adjusting the pipe thickness.

The sizing material is copper which ensures perfect cooling effect.

We have been engaged in mould making industry for more than ten years.

3) Vacuum calibration tank

Water temperature control system:

By the installation of the RKC temperature control meter, thermocouple and the electromagnetic valve, the temperature of the cooling water could be controlled in needed range.

Vacuum degree control system:

By the installation of the adjusting valve and manometer, the vacuum degree could be controlled in needed rang.

Tank materials:

The calibration tank is made of stainless steel.

Convenient operation:

The vacuum calibration tank could be moved to three direction, forward and backward moving by motor; left & right and up & down by hand.

4)Spraying cooling tank

Tank material:stainless steel

Equipped with powerful water pump and complete spraying system, the cooling tank could realize perfect cooling effect.

5) Hauler

The hauler has good hauling effect and long service life

The hauling block rubber adopt nitrile rubber which has the merit of good oil resistant and abrasion resistant.

The caterpillar has spring protection device which prolongs the service life of the caterpillar effectively.

The hauling motor is servo motor which is more powerful and stable when compared with normal motor.

6) Cutter

By the installation of the encoder and the PLC system, the cutter could realize precise set length cutting.

The cutting disk is made of tungsten steel which has the merit of good abrasion resistant and high rigidity.

No dust cutting which ensures good cutting effect and huge material saving.

7) Stacker

The stacker if made of stainless steel. And it could stack the pipes automatically
