Product Description
PVC waves board extrusion line
The tile extrusion line is the latest product that manufactured by our company. It has high efficiency and good quality.
1. This prodcution line uses two extruders to extrude the wave tile product.
2. It has one set of mould, one set of three calender, one set of oven and two sets of winders.
3. The main extruder is the conical twin screw etruder. Optimized design and delicately made screw and barrel results in excellent plasticity. Advanced electric control system, subsection failure alert, easily for trouble-shooting. High-performance distribution system for torque decelaration enhanced the durability and easy for maintenance. Highly efficient and super noise-free ventilators ensure quietly perating of equipment.
