1 High efficiency single screw extruder:

1) Screw and barrel:

The main technology is from Germany.

The material: 38CrMoALA.

The barrel is equipped with a complete temperature control system.

2) Electric components:

Breaker: DELIXI

Speed regulator:ABB DC drive

Other components are from good electric parts manufacturers.

3) Driving system:

Main motor: DC motor from WUXI Xianfeng

Motor speed regulator: ABB DC drive

Gear Box: from Guomaoguotai and the gear box is equipped with a compulsive lubricating system and cooling system. The gears are quenched and carburized.

4) The feeding system:

The feeding device is vacuum auto-loader which would dry the materials effectively during feeding.

2 Pipe mould:

Main technology: from Germany.

Material: refined 45# steel forge piece. Inner wall chromed.

3 Vacuum calibration tank;

Material: stainless steel.

Vacuum pump and water pump: from Shanghai YVLONG.

Water temperature control device and vacuum degree control device is equipped with the calibration tank.
