The SJ series wood models single screw rod extruding machine
1. Lo extinguishers and screw use high-quality 38CrMoALA nitride steel materials, with its surface hardness HV800-900, depth 0.38-0.78, so the Lo extinguishers and screw are characteristic of wear and corrosion resistance.
2. The super-exclusive wood screw is well-equipped, which ensures that the wood extrusion products are of stable quality.
3. Hopper Block is designed specially for the processing of wood and plastic pellets. It is equipped with the ideal water-chiller plant, the compulsory feeding lining with trapezoidal groove, and lead-in mouth with the cutting-into device.
4. Hardened-gear reducer is designed specifically for the production of wood –plasticity. It can smooth the transmission, low the noise.
5. PID temperature-control instrument is used in the electric-control cubicle to control the conversion between heating and cooling, while the inverter is used in the main motor for variable speed control. 6. The whole unit is easy to operate and maintain for it adopts the electromechanically-integrated design.
