   PP-RPEPPPE-R Cold/Hot Water Pipe Production Line is mainly used to produce pipes of various diameters and thickness, which are used in various fields such as water supply system, industrial water conveying system, compressed air transportation, etc. During the developing history, the PP-RPEPPPE-RT pipe is the latest product, has the advantages of low prices, innocuity, non-corrosion, high temperature resistance and convenient to operate, etc.

    This production line is developed by company on the basis of absorbing the international advanced technology, the important parts of screw and die head are specially designed according to the properties of PP-RPEPPPE-RT material. The electrical control uses frequency control, all the main electric parts are imported famous brand products; the total production line has the advantages of high output, stable quality, small deviation of the products, etc. therefore, it is the first-rate equipment in the plastic machinery industry.      This production line adopts two or three extruders co-extrusion crafts, uses PP-RPEPPPE-RT as main material, and glass fiber in the middle layer. This glass fiber intensified pipe has the advantages of high tenacity and strength, can withstand high inner and outer pressure; the pipes also overcomes the weak points that the pipe is easy to go bending and deforming.

Feature of PE pipe making machine:

1. Be advanced in technology, fine in design, adopting the high efficiency single screw extruder. High efficiency single extruder: high rotating speed, high capacity and good compounding effect ensure the stable extrusion.

2. Extruding die: adopting the latest designed die head with spiral distributing flow channel, screw core Temp. control device which makes the extrusion more evenly.

3. Vacuum calibration and spraying cooling system: perfect water loop vacuum calibration, equipped with adjusting device for roundness and multi section 6 meter spraying water tank to ensure gorgeous calibrating, the body of the tank is made of stainless steel.

4. Haul-off system: can select 2 claws, 3 claws, 4 claws, 6 claws or 8 claws haul off unit to meet manufacturing the requirements for different pipes.

5. Cutting system: according to different requirements, we can supply saw cutting, planet saw cutting and chop-free rotary knife cutting machine.

6.  Stacking unit: automatic overturning unit.  

7. Control system: PLC system with ABB inverter, Omron Temp. controller.
