Q1. Are you you factory or trade company?

A: We are factory located in Baoan industry area Shenzhen, China. You are welcomed if you would like to visit our factory. All of prices that we offered to you is our factory wholesale prices.

Q2. How about your products quality?

A: We provide you 100% QC inspected products before shipments.

Q3. We need engrave our logo or develop our own new product model. Is it OK?

A: Sure, no problem. OEM/ODM order is welcomed. We have a experienced engineer team and professional workers. Best service will be offered to you since we have more than 10 years experience.

A: 2~3 working days for sample order; 7~35 working days for bulk orders, it's need check the materials condition & production schedules according to the order quantity and which models.

Q5.How long of the warranty time?

A: 12 months from the goods shipped out from our factory. We will send you free replacement if have quality problem.

A: EMS, DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, China Post etc. We ship the goods according to your requried express company.

Q7. If it's OK we use our express account?

A: It's much better if you have your own express account. We will follow any of reasonable shipping requirement.

Q8. The shipping cost is too high. If we could ship by sea?
