API Standard Oildfield Cementing Tool Mechanical Liner Hanger

Ⅰ. Composition Assemblies and Configuration:

Please refer to the following:

 1. Running in tools;

2. Main body of the hanger 

3. Drill pipe plug;

4. Hollow plug sub;

5. Copper ball;

6. Ball setting nipple;

7. Connect the float shoe with the down-end of the first joint of liner.

8. Install the float collar and ball setting nipple in a suitable location of the liner, usually on the bottom of the second joint of liner.

Ⅱ. Operation Procedure:

 (1)Control the running in speed to avoid formation loss;

 (2)The running time for every joint (liner) should not less than 15 

    seconds.

(3). When uplifting casing, check the filling of casing periodically and determine if it is filled normally. Fill once every 30-40 joints.

(4).Connect the liner hanger after the last joint of liner is connected with the string.

(5). Check the lefthand connection, two rounds of release is permitted. If no problems, tight the liner hanger with 48″chain tong by two men. Lift the hanger up to the drilling floor, and lower it into the well carefully, do not strike the well head, and the power tong can’t put on the hydraulic cylinder.

  Packaged by wood box then we load them in container by sea or air (when the quantity is small).

1.Question:How to store?

    Answer   :The product should be stored in a dry warehouse with a flat ground, the accessories should be 

                     kept away from rain, sunshine and exposure of sea water.  Make sure not to unpack or remove

                     the plastic bags unless you need it to work. 

2.Question:How to transport?
   Answer   :Handle with care, no deformation should occur due to dropping or collision during convey.  

3.Question: What's the demand for maintenance?

   Answer   :Storage time should not exceed 2 years.
