• Remove batteries and charger from packaging.
• Plug the charger into a properly rated AC electrical outlet.
• Connect the batteries to the output plugs from the charger to commence charging.
• The LED lights on the charger will show "red"when charging.
• Batteries will be fully charged when the LEDindicator on the charger turns green.Fully discharged batteries will take 5 hours to charge completely.
• Disconnect batteries from  charger output plugs.
• Locate the "power" button to activate and select desired power level.
• When finished,press the power button to turn off,unplug the batteries and recharge for next use.

(1) Capacity indication

1)No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in RED color, 90%<= power<=100%

2)No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in ORANGE color, 30%<= power<=90%

3)No Load, press RED button to power on, LED in GREEN color, power<=30%

2) Output level control

1)Press RED button for 2 seconds to switch power on, LED in RED color, the output power=91%

2)Press RED button, LED in ORANGE color, the output power>=75%

3)Press RED button, LED in GREEN color, the output power>=40%

4)Press RED button for 2 seconds to switch power off, LED is off, the battery power off
