The LG968 is a luxurious loader for heavy materials handling, featuring large breakout force, comfortable operation, high efficiency and good adaptability to heavy operating conditions, and widely used in such operating conditions as construction sites, mining and urban construction.1. It is equipped with the low-speed engine meeting the requirements of China II emission standard, which perfectly matches theefficient high-capacity torque converter, so that the work efficiencyis increased and the energy consumption is reduced.2. The optimized radiator increases thecooling area and the optimized air inlet and outlet ducts effectively reduce engine coolant temperature and hydraulic oil temperature, so that the overall cooling efficiencyis improved.3. The ZF fixedshaft electro-hydraulic shift transmission is reliable, and flexible and easy to operate; the strengthened drive axle offers large bearing capacity and high reliability.4.The complete machine is applied with a three-stage shock absorbing system, which offers better shock absorbing performance and lower interior noise and increases the operating comfort of the driver.5 The load-sensing full hydraulic steering system is adopted, which ensures easy steering, energy saving and reliability. The hydraulic system of the working device is of the pilot control, which enables easy control and high working efficiency. The hydraulic pipes are of the dual sealing structure, which further improves the sealing performance of the system.6. The self-developed digitized combined panel of SDLG is adopted, which ensures high human-machine interaction; the centralized control is adopted for the electric apparatus of the complete machine, which ensures convenient inspection and maintenance and high reliability of the electrical components.7. The front and rear frames have been subjected to the finite element optimization design and passed the 200,000 times of fatigue intensifying tests, featuring high strength, long service life. The lengthened wheelbase and enlarged counterweight ensure more stable traveling of the complete machine.8. The optimal design is conducted to the working device, which ensures large breakout force and large full-load coefficient; various working aids are optionally available to satisfy the diverse customer needs.
