1.Gyratory Cone crusher---introduction
It is widely used in sand making production line. Our cone crusher is one of the main equipment in sand making configuration. Cone crusher is the secondary crushing after jaw crusher for the croast crushing work.
2.Gyratory Cone Crusher----structure
Cone crusher is mainly consists of driving part(motor, pulley, gears mesh, ), crushing cavity(eccentic sleeve, main shaft, mantle, concave), feeder pot and so on. Like the picture showing:
Cone crusher---work principle:
By the driving of motor, the gear mesh will transport the rotation to the eccentric sleeve, the mantle will appoach and leave the concave in recycle. This movement will lead the crushing motion derectely, material wil be discharged from the bottom.
Gyratory Cone crusher---features:
1. Larger capcity achieved by the design of larger crush throw
2. Setting of discharge opening is hydraulic drive
3. Grease seal reduces dust contamination effectively
4. Cavities of standard or short head are changeable through different mantles and bowl liners
5. Hydraulic overload protection device helps to remove tramp iron and reduce downtime
6. Thin oil lubrication station is outfitted with air-conditioning cooling system for better cooling performance
