u  Principle Of Operation:

• When after the pipe roll into roller conveyor, driving roller by electric motor & sprocket chain, push pipe forward via friction force of roller.
• Elevate & lower height of roller conveyor by worm wheel screw lifter, so as to conveying pipe go into clamping device exactly
• When rolling the pipe to proper position, and proceed to lifting & turning by worm wheel screw lifter.

u  Composition brief

• The whole of pipe roller conveying system consist of steel structure frame, roller set, lifting device, lifting & turning device, and gearing of sprocket chain etc.
• Lifting device consist of electric motor, worm wheel screw lifter and gearing of sprocket chain etc.

u  Performance features:

• Conveying the pipe automatically or manually when the end beveling machine works and the pipe can be removed from the machine with a turnover mechanism if necessary
• It is improving automatization level in the pipe fabricating plant and decreases the hazards during hoisting.
