•  1.How can i get a quotation?

•   2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. If you just need a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight. If you need printed samples, we will charge $30-$100 to cover the cost on film.

•   3. Can you help with the design?

Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in sticker design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect gift sticker. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.

•   4.What format design file you want for printing?

AI; PDF; CDR; high DPI JPG.

•   5. How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 5-7 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

•   6.What about the lead time for mass production?

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.Our producing capacity is 1,500,000pcs/month. Generally speaking, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.

•   7. How can i know if my goods have been shipped?

Detailed photos of every process will be sent to you during the production. We will supply the tracking NO. one day after shipping.

•   8. What shipping method can i choose? How about the shipping time of each option?

DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, BY sea, etc. 3 to 5 workdays of express delivery. 10 to 30 workdays by sea.
