Specifications
Bottle Bursting Tester is used to measure Bursting strength of PET Bottles.A filled bottle is held in a neck holding device and pressurised for certain time.
A pneumatic cylinder is provided for up down movement of Pressurising nozzle.
A Timer is provided so that Pressurised time can be set as per requirement.
A Pressure gauge is provided with Peak Pointer which ensures maximum reading is noted.
The equipment is manufactured using Stainless Steel 304. A polycarbonate door is provided to
observe test.
The system requires
Compressed Air 7 Bar / 100 PSI for operating nozzle
14 Bar / 200 PSI for pressurising Botle.
Power Supply 230 / 110 VAC Single Phase
Optional stand can be provided for easy operating.
Optional digital Gauge can be provided for RS 232 Connectivity
