One kind is pulse bag dust removal machine. Dust air enters cleaning trunk from the bottom of dust remover. Coarse dust particles fall into the dust cellar by its gravity; fine dust particles are attached on the surface of the filter bag by various effects. Dust grows thicker as time goes by, resistance for dust remover rises, which decreases air volume to be processed. Dust attached on the surface of the filter bag has to be removed to keep the dust remover in an effective working state and make pressure loss remain within a certain range. In cleaning process, controller is required to give out orders to each electromagnetic pulse valve. In this condition, filter bag conducts sudden contraction-expansion- contraction in an instant. Pressure loss of the dust remover and dust air quantity remain almost unchanged during dust removing process, which is also an advanced feature of pulsate bag dust remover.

Another kind is filter cartridge dust removal machine.Efficient heavy flow cartridge filter is new product which my factory design according to the foreign advanced technology .  It is consist of filter cartridge, pulse film valve, solenoid valve, differential pressure switch and control instrument circuit board.

There are four kinds of material of cartridge filter .The first kind is made of paper fibers. The second is covering a layer of fiber membrane layer  on the surface of paper material fiber filter .The third one is made of polyester fiber. The fourth is covering a layer of four fluorine fiber thin film layer on the surface of polyester fiber filter material . Composite filter material with fiber membrane layer can greatly part of dust on the surface, dust removal efficiency is very high.
Cartridge filter filtration velocity, super fine dust, Should choose < 0.5 m/min, the general is thick dust, should choose 0.5 1.5 m/min.
The feature of filter cartridge dust collector is high efficiency for dust removal. The 0.5 mu m dust filtration efficiency of 99.9%.5 microns for dust filtration efficiency of 99.99%.
