General Introduce
Q3512/Q3516/Q3525 Series Turning Table Type Shot blasting Machine Made using quality materials and high performance equipment, our Q35 turning plate shot blasting machine provides high reliability, high durability and long lifetime. To ensure high productivity, our product utilizes Q360 blast wheel that adopts Japanese technology and is very efficient. In addition, the installation location and angle of blast wheel is determined based on the computer three-dimensional dynamic simulation result, which ensures all sides of workpieces can be thoroughly and quickly cleaned with no dead corner. During cleaning, operator's visibility will not be affected by dust as our derusting cleaning equipment uses an efficient dust collector.
Our Q35 turning plate shot blasting machines come in three models, including Q3512, Q3516 and Q3525 . They are used for cleaning and intensifying the surfaces of steel structural components and castings. These rotating shot blast machines are also suitable for removing surface rust and oxidized layer from thick steel billets. Currently, our products are extensively used in the casting, forging, machinery, and steel industries.
