The filter box is used to protect water meter measuring elements in pine from damages by solid impurities to insure normal water meter working.

Working condition:

1. Highest working temperature for cold water:50°C .

2. Max water pressure :1.6 Mpa

3.Trash can be taken out with filter core for easy cleaning.

Install, maintain and notes

1.Filter box installation should follow GB/T 778.2-1996.It should be installed on in-water pipe with the distance 15 times of normal diameter.

2.When installing,easy installation,maintain and disassembly need to be guaranteed.

3.Flow mark on the filter box should be accorded with flow direction.

4.Stone, bud and asphalt in newly installed pipes should be cleaned.

5.Users must clean the filter net periodically avoiding pipe blocking up.

6.Water pressure in pipe should be released before filter net disassembly.

7.Max working pressure of filter box is 2.0Mpa,otherwise box body may break and cause injury.
