Independent quality inspection department is especially established and is fully responsible for the quality.besides focusing on strengthening the management in everyday work,further more,we regularly invite experts from home and abroud to us to inspect the quality for the purpose of ensure the best quality .For the moment,we have received the ISO9001-2008 certificate,ISO14001-2004 certificate,OHSAS18001-2002 certificate and also received API-5DP certificate,API-5CT certificate,API 7-1 certificate,in order to improve the management,we applied and obtained API Q1 certificate in 2012.

Human resource are the first and the most important resource to an enterprise,we are developing on the strategy“science& talented person”,and have attracted and  trained many talented person for recent years,then created more opportunities for them to demonstrate what they can do.We persist on the combination of attracting and cultivating talents,so we introduce a doctor from BAO STEEL who have 12 patents to strive to make technological breakthrough,and introduce the expert as our technical consultant who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council.Apart of that,we established the state-level enterprise technology center and employee training center, also employed ninety graduates from vocational school then have them trained in BAO STEEL,then come back to service for Nantong Yongda.

In order to select the best employees from administrative staff,professionals and operators,we make new company rules and set fully-new systems to redistribute the wages,all wages should be determined with specific labor,skills,knowledge.Right now there are 22 senior engineers,58 general engineers,the total number of staff 8.2%, 21.5% respectively.
