    Laizhou Kaijian Installation Engineering Co.,Ltd., established in 1992, is located in development zone of Laizhou, Shandong, China. It has very convenient transportation with Qingdao Airport & Qingdao Port to its south.

    Covering the area of more than 15,000 square meters, the company has two workshops, one for steel structure and the other for container houses. 

    Container House. We are OEM manufacturer and designer of the most durable and cost-efficient container houses. It can be used as mobile container home, office, toilet, bathroom, shop, warehouse, etc.. With its wind resistance of over 120km/h, earthquake resistance capability of over 8 Grade and good stability owing to its strong steel structure frame, container house also can be used in large field survey and field operation construction house in highway, railway, bridge, water conservancy, oil and gas. It is mainly consisted of chassis, roof and wall which can be easily installed and has better insulation & waterproof performance.

    Steel Structure. There are two special production lines for steel structure workshop with professional laboratory testing workers and strict quality control. Every year the area of steel structure installed is over 200,000 square metres and the output value is over 100 million RMB.

    The company has ISO9001 quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification. There is steel structure engineering contractor with Grade A qualifications.

For 20' Flat Pack Container House (with the outer wall of EPS sandwich panel and without furniture):

4 units are packed in one flat pack and then loaded in one 20' shipping container; 

8 units are packed in two flat pack and then loaded in one 40' shipping container;

(Single unit packing includes all the parts for one unit of house);

For Not Flat Pack Container House (with the outer wall of corrugated sheet, carved metal board or other materials):

2 units of 20' container house are loaded in one 40' HQ shipping container.

A: Yes, our professional engineer team can make a drawing according to our clients' need, and custom-made design is also highly welcomed. 
Q2: How do we pack the prefab container house?   
A: Our container houses can be flat pack.
Q3: How to pay? 
A: T/T, L/C and others are acceptable, but T/T will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading. 
Q4: How to install? 
A: We will provide detailed installation video and instruction to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you, however, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation and wages will be borne by buyers
