sound absorbing ceiling board:  Tiange wood acoustic panel used high density mold- proof, fireproof, enviromental eco-pine wood as base material, processed by full automatic computer controled equipment. be made to multihole structures product, not only have good sound absorbing effect, but also looks great on visual.

1.Materials description: Base material are made of standard MDF, environment-protected MDF, fire resistance MDF,three layers and five layers composited MDF, They are options for customers to match the requirement of the building sites.

Picture shown as below is model of each panel. 13/3 means the each slat panel size is 13, groove size is 3,  and there is 8 slat and 7 grooves, The same as the picture below. 4. Backside Acoustic Tissue: it's black, sticked on the back side of the panel; there have sound abosrbing felt and non-woven fabrics can be selectable,   it have fireproof and sound absorption function.

5.  Grooved acoustic board panel Installation method :

Can use stapler to stape it on the wooden keels at backside, or use professional aluminium keels and fastener to fix it on the wall.

6.Grooved acoustic board panel sound coefficient.

Backside cavity of the panel will influence the performance of grooved acoustic panel's sound absorbing effect. the following form indicate that sound absorption coeffecient will increase with the bigger Cavity,especially in Compact installation, most  coefficient shows  low degree,only have some sound absorption effect in high frequency,

denoise coefficient is 0.3 only. 

But when the cavity increases to 50mm and 100mm, denoise coefficient is 0.75 and 0.9.For decoration,  it's  unsuitable to have big cavity to reduce the area of the house. But in the view of sound-absorption, 

Even if the cavity increases to 100mm and 200mm,

only the sound-absorption coeffecient of low frequency will improve a little, the sound-absorption coeffecient of high frequency is just the same, denoise coefficient is 0.9.
