1.Materials description:

Base material are made of standard MDF, environment-protected MDF, fire resistance MDF,three layers and five layers composited MDF, They are options for customers to match the requirement of the building sites.

4. pvc groove panel backside tissue

it's black, sticked on the back side of the panel; there have sound abosrbing felt and non-woven fabrics can be selectable,   it have fireproof and sound absorption function. 

5. pvc groove panel Installation method.

Can use stapler to stape it on the wooden keels at backside, or use professional aluminium keels and fastener to fix it on the wall.

Backside cavity of the panel will influence the performance of grooved acoustic panel's 

sound absorbing effect. the following form indicate that sound absorption coeffecient will increase with the bigger Cavity,especially in Compact installation, most  coefficient shows  lowdegree, only have some sound absorption effect in high frequency,

denoise coefficient is 0.3 only.
