Q1: Do you offer samples for testing?                                            

A: Yes, we offer samples for testing, shipping cost paid by buyer. Besides we welcome our customers to take sample as we  believe seeing is believing.

Q2: What's your MOQ?

A: There is no MOQ for our BKR brand or No brand order and 1000pcs for OEM order.

Q3: Do you have warranty?

A :Yes, we have 18 months warranty since delivery.

Q4: Do you have certificates for your products?

A:Yes, there are FCC RoHS CE UL Certifications and meet PSE/KC/CK/SAA.

Q5. Can you design the new housing based on our design?

A: We can design. one week mock up sample. 30days sample test 45days start to MP.

Q6. What's the main product of your factory?

A: Our main product is Li-ion battery pack, USB serial charger and Hub for PC/Phone. 

Q7. Do you have some new products coming?

A: We will design 6 new product with different outlook and function about the laptop battery, power bank, wall charger and USB  serial hub.
