Description:
This machine adopts the principle of the mechanical grinding ,jet milling and air clssification to design.No doubt it is on the basis of the much experiene of the grinding and flour grinding machine,so that we can witness the birth of the super mirco milling machine

3.The fineness is high.Generally, the milling machine can grind the max mesh is 400 mesh,this machine can reach 600 mesh ,the max fineness is 1250mesh.

Working principle:
It is made up of five parts:main engine,electric controll cabinet,vertical pipe riser stack,powder collector,dust extraction unit, frame.The whole process of powder milling is controlled manually.There are two ways to feed :screw conveyor and munual feeding.Then the raw material through the hopper into the grinding chamber to be grinded by the spindle running at high speed.Finally, the powder which has reached the grinding fineness are inhaled to wind chamber and sent to the powder collector by the pipe.Then the final product has finished.When the machine has worked for 40 minutes or so, you can use foot to press the slag discharge panel for a few seconds,the slag will be out of the machine.The fineness adjustment is by opening the cover then move the holder to finish that.
