Endless Rope Winch

Winch is the power source of the whole system, which has various model:

Based on speed adjusting function,: mechanic adjustment, magnetic resister switch adjustment, depends on friction wheel, there are parabola and rope race model.mainly consists of motor, base, reducer, drum, coupler, electric & hydraulic brake, handle brake etc. Drive drum rope diameter ratio is above 50 times,conform to MT/T998-2006 standard.

Tension Device:

Can absorb the rope’s stretched out part created by elastic deformation,meanwhile, can provide tension power for the winch, keep the steel rope having constant and stable positive pressure on the roll. It has 3-wheel and 5-wheel two types, which are optional according to slope angle, and length of the roadway.

Shuttle Cart:

The shuttle cart is used to connect with mining cart, Platform Wagon,and material cart etc. with the function of rope breakage protection, fixing and holding the steel rope.

It Consists of cart frame,drum,wheel assembly parts. It has 600mm and 900mm track gauge, and make up of normal light type, extra heavy type, 8-wheel counter rotary tray type, and hydraulic locking type etc.
