Specifications

Sand Washing Plant consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical shaft impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. After many years’ research, our company has developed an internationally advanced vertical shaft impact crusher, which can be used together with other machinery as a complete sand making flow. This design racks a leading role in the same industry.

Introduction of Vibrating Feeder:

Vibrating feeder made by our company are liner vibrating feeder series; it can feed material continuously and evenly for crushing machinery, and screen the materials.

Application:

1)Vibrating feeder can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials.

2) Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.

Introduction of Jaw Crusher:

A Fine Jaw Crusher is one of the main types of secondary crushers in a mine or ore processing plant.    

Application of Jaw Crusher Machinery:

1) They are widely used in the works of mine, smelting, building materials, road, railway, irrigation, chemical industry, etc.

2) The crusher is applicable for the rough and medium crushing of rocks and ores with a compressive strength less than 320MPA. It is the preferred equipment of secondary crushing.
