1, DFHC-200 truck mounted drilling rig adopts hydraulic electric technology combined with positive

and negative circulation power head drill, mainly consist of the drill tower,hydraulic power head,

sand pump, water pump,hydraulic cylinder-wire rope pulley block  hoisting mechanism, auxiliary

hoist,drill pipes, drill pipe removal device,hydraulic station,power distribution cabinets, operating 

mechanism and the generating set, etc.All parts are mounted on special movable chassis.

2, Drilling rig’s power head are driven by electric motor or hydraulic motor ,sand pump and auxiliary 

hoist are driven by a electric motor. Operating mechanism is the combination of hydraulic, electric

and mechanical manipulation.Main way of DFHC - 200 drilling method is power head 

rotation-reverse circulation mud drilling;If equipped with appropriate drilling tool, it can also 

adapt to other methods,like air compressor drilling or foam drilling. 

3, At the beginning of drilling,it can use pressurized structure to press the drilling tools, in order to 

improve the shallow hole drilling efficiency, with the hole goes deeper, when drilling tools’ weigh 

are enough, you can drill freely or reduced pressure drilling.

4, Hydraulic cylinder - wire rope pulley block is used to raise and fall the drilling tools,as well as force

the pressure,auxiliary hoist is used for lift the drilling pipe, also can be used to lift other tools,etc.
