Product Description
Pulping system of this HGHY 800B medium egg tray machine production
Main machine:pulper 1.7m3,22kw, vibration screen 0.9m2,3kw,mixer,pulp pump,water pump,control cabinet and others.
Forming system of this egg tray machine
Including one set of forming machine; vacuum auto drain system and auto control cabinet.One piece of forming platen and transfering platen equiped.Platen size:750*400mm. It can be mounted 2sets of 30-cell egg tray mold on the platen(2pcs/cycle). Cycle time:15-20 seconds/cycle.
Subsidary Equipments of this egg tray machine
Vacuum pump,18.5kw, one set; air compressing system: air compressor(15kw,1set),air dryer,air filter and air storage tank.
·Occupation of this whole egg tray machine:about480m2.Requirement for the workshop: height ≥4.5m,width≥12m,length≥40m. Carts, pallets and an area not less than 500m2 for sundrying are required.
•Total power for the production line :79KW.
•Workforce for the production line:6-8/shift.
•Main parts adopted are with International brand which are reliable in quality and convenient in after sales service.
•The equipments equiped in this production line are supposed to the production of 30 cell egg trays. If the users plan toproduce egg cartons,cup carriers or fruit trays etc., they should add the hot pressing,labeling or printing equipment and other auxiliary equipments.
