Product Introduction:

Cadilon switchable glass can also be called as electrochromic film, smart switchable window film, PDLC film, intelligent smart glass, etc. This product is based on PDLC high technology laminated glass, its principal is to put the liquid crystal between the two glasses, it can be considered as a newly special optical glass product after high temperature and high pressure glue .

Because all of the liquid crystal film will show frost status (opaque) when power off; while power on will show transparent status, so it has double features of normal glass and electric curtains,which can effectively protect privacy.

Working Principal:

•  Accoding to different control modes and principal, Cadilon switchable glass can achieve switch between transparent and opaque on the glass by means of electric, temperature, solar, pressure control, and etc.
•  Due to different restrictions, currently Cadilon switchable glass film is the only factory which is capable for mass production.
•  Its principal is easy to master: When the electric device is power off, its inside liquid crystal molecules will present irregular spread status which prevent the sunshine and display an opaque outlook.

Product feature:
1.Privacy protection : The biggest function of Cadilon switchable glass is privacy protection,which can control the glass between transparent and opaque.
2.Projection: Cadilon switchable glass is a very good projection screen, in appropriate light environment, if choose high lumen projector, the image of projection effect is very clear(suggest use rear projection mode).
3. Cadilon switchable glass has the advantage of safety glass, including prevent shattered glass intact and protect building occupants.
4. Environmental protection: The PDLC film in the middle of glass can resist heat over 99% UV and over 98% infrared ray. In order to reduce thermal radiation, it requires shielding partial infrared ray. While if shielding UV can protect indoor furnishings not fade, aging and so on, and protect people against the disease by ultraviolet radiation.
5. Sound insulation: The PDLC film in the middle of glass has the function of sound damping, and it can partially block much noise.
