Brief introduction:

DPOTA Diamond Wire Drawing Die BlanksTM include two series: SL Series and TSL Series. Based on the application of wire drawing, each series has 5 grain sizes: 3 μm, 5 μm, 7 μm, 10 μm, 15 μm, 20 μm, 25 μm, 30 μm and 40 μm.

SL SeriesTM includes self-supported PCD die blanks in Hexagonal shape (SLH) and Round shape (SLR) in various sizes. These blanks are suitable for all types of wire drawing applications especially where cost-cutting is required.

TSL SeriesTM includes tungsten-carbide-supported PCD die blanks in Round shape in various sizes. These products have a Polycrystalline Diamond core integrally bonded to a tungsten-carbide-supported ring which in turn enhances strength of die blanks. These features give the products stronger ability to withstand wire drawing with high intensity.

A: Yes, the MOQ of general order is 1 unit, OEM order is 100 units.

Q: Is shipping for free?

A: No, the shipment fee needs to be paid by buyers, and it is determined by weight and shipment method.

Q: Which payments are acceptable?

A: T/T, Paypal and Western Union, there is an extra 5% handling charge if Paypal choosen.

Q: Which shipping methods are available?

A: DHL, FEDEX, TNT, UPS, EMS, AIR (door to door).

Q: How about the lead time and delivery time of my order?

A: Lead time is usually 2-7 working days depending on the order size and variety; delivery time is normally 3-5 working days, it needs extra 2-3 working days for remote areas.
