Machine profiles:

The machine tool mainly applies to polish before and after the plating of piston rods by pass-type drypolishing, the machine tool consists of bed, polishing head, workpiece coneyer, workpiece automatic loading frame, handing equipment for workpiece automatic machine unloading and unloading frame.

Advantages:

10) Opional features: automatically adjust grinding current, in a certain scope, adopt PID control mode to automatically adjust grinding current to make machining more convenient.

Polishing head: there are 6 set of polishing heads that the first 4 sets are equipped with multi-leaf wheels with multi-granularity , the fifth set is linen wheels and the sixth set is cotton wheels, every polishing head is equipped with a polishing ampere meter so that polishing pressure of polishing wheels can be seen visually and is easier to adjust, polishing wheels electrically control vertical movement by reduction gears and ball screws.

Workpiece automatic loading frame: through inductive switches automatically grab piston rod on loading frame one by one to workpiece conveyer.

Handing euipment for workpiece automatic machine unloading: after polishing piston rod, induce whether piston rod is in place through photoelectric sensor, when it is in place, automatically unload on unloading frame which is convenient and safe.

Main-machine interface

machining conditions are reflected by animation which is vivid and easy to operate.

preset processing quantities. When processing amount is reached, the machine halts automatically. With database, it can callout and check maching conditions at any time to statistically manage.

Polishing ampere meter

Every polishing head is equipped with a polishing ampere meter to visually see polishing pressure. And adjust polishing pressure of polishing wheels according to polishing voltaic pressure.

Conveyor

on both loading and unloading sides, two reduction gears drive idler wheels on one side and the speed can be adjusted. The angle of inclination of  idler wheels on the other side can also be adjusted. Interval between idler wheels can be electrically by buttons.
