Reinforced upsetting the princple of making use of cold heading steel tip plastic deformation, increased diameter 4-6mm, then processing threads, the actual cross-sectional area so that the processing thread after the cross-sectional area larger than the original steel, greatly improve the tensile strength of the joint, threaded joints by stretching experiments to detect this upsetting after all off the base material for construcion, roads, bridges, high speed rail, power plants require higher engineering, simple operation, the shortest professional trainning to induction operation.

Principle:

Step1: we use Upset Forging machine to forging the end of rebar.

Step2: we use Rebar Thread Cutting machine to process thread on the forged end of rebar;

Step3: we use Upset parallel thread coupler to abuting joint two threaded ends of rebar .
