Our Company is a vertically integrated manufacturing facility producing Leather and made-ups on OEM/ODM basis.

Our manufacturing facilities covers following operations:

a) Cutting-Stitching-Finishing-Packing-Shipping

For above mentioned activities we have installed two machinery parks each run by independent operation management (consisted of experienced industry experts/professionals) to control quality and production flow according to delivery schedules of our clients.

One machinery park is producing leather wear for bikers and fashion. Second machinery park is producing textile garments
b) leather procurement- Dyeing and Finishing

To control garment quality, particularly leather garments, , tanning plays pivotal role. That is the reason that we start our operations from tanning leather. For that, our expert professionals procure best quality raw leather hides from well good and plain regions. These tanneries produce A grade quality leather from the world's best quality chemicals. which are according to world health and environment standards.

tanning operations greatly help us to maintain quality standards in production of garments. after this buying that leather is used to make colors and finishing in different styles (as per our clients specs) like plain, grain surface, buffed suede and etc.

metal fittings, and kevlar fabric is procured from world renouned factories suppliers.
Note (DuPont Kevlar fabric is applied in denim jeans for touring/casual bike riders)

For some woven clothing clothing range, we also source high end quality fabrics from Far-East manufacturers like Taiwan, China.

c) Embellishment operations (Printing and Embroidery facilities)

Our printing facility is equipped with latest machinery which help us print garments with eco friendly materials. Our all printings are Azo/lead free.

Embroidery section is equipped with latest machines from Japan based company Barudan.

In total, our worker strength is 100 on all operations. All these numbers are actively engaged in different operations producing monthly 8K-10K garments.
