Introduction:
Wood debarker is belong to the one series products of wood processing machinery. It is mainly composed of feeding mechanism, discharging mechanism, cutters, transmission system and underframe.

Working principle:
Wood debarker is using special force to let the wood doing circle movement in the hopper tank plate,
and also around its own axis to do turning motion segment and irregular beating. The force is caused by the rotor which is with ladder type peel teeth. So that wood and teeth, wood and wood, wood and hopper tank,pectin friction, strike, extrude and peel off ceaselessly, Lead to bark and tree trunks are broken down and stripped fast, So as to achieve the effect of stripping efficiency.

To different wood species, peeling effect can be adjusted. All can be peeled regardless of the length, bending, spiral, and dry and wet.

Stand-alone operation can peel 35 to 50 tons logs, greatly saving the manpower.
It with lower consumption, low failure rate and little maintenance workload.
Main application:
Wood Debarker is suitable for large ,medium and small papermills , pump mill ,wood processing plant ,wood factory ,timber yard ,forestry factory ,furniture factory and artificial board factory (such as plywood plant ,medium density fiberboard factory etc.)
Introduction of Complete wood pellet production line:
1>Debarking(if wood logs, timber or lumber will be put into use, this step shall be considered.)
2>Splitting(if the diameter of logs or wood is beyond the MAX feeding dia of wood chipper,pls split the raw material first)
3>Chipping(if forest or wood material will be used, the previous step and this one shall be done.)
4>Pulverizing(also called crushing, it is to reduce the size of material into qualified one, namely about 3-5mm)
5>Sifting(if some small sized material will be applied such as sawdust or rice husk, it shall be purified from metal scraps and other impurities.)
6>Drying(commonly it can reduce the moisture from 60% to 10%)
7>Pelletizing 8>Cooling 9>Sieving 10>Packaging.
