4.Make the waxy sample and process it by painting gold dust.

5.Seed mould making.

6.vinyl samples from the seed mould.

7.Produce the mass prodution moulds by using the vinyl samples from the seed mould.

8.Workshop of rotocast and products.

9.Painting mould making.

10.Painting.

11.Assembling,packing,QC and put in storage.

 A.Caly and PU prototype time: 6-10 days                                                                                    

C. mold time: 21-30 days (after sample approve)

D. Lead time:10-20days(depend on the order time)
