PH value(25℃):6-7(1% aqueous solution)

Solid content (%): 25±1

Viscosity: ≤100mps

Dispersibility: arbitrary ratio can be miscible with water               

Performance characteristics:

1. This product is a new type of lubricant. Every performance index and application effect can achieve the advanced level of the similar products apparently.

2. It  can be miscible with water in any proportion, and can be added directly into mixing drum for printing paste prepared

3. It has good miscibility with printing paste, therefore greatly improve the printing paste rheology, flow level, and significantly increase the value of printing paste and water-storage stability.

4. It can make layer delicate, smooth shiny and soft filming.

5. It can greatly improve both grossiness and smoothness of the lacquer coating.

Use method: This product need not be diluted, but paint can be added directly,

 usually the amount is 1-5%.

Specific process should be adjusted based on the experiment.

Packaging and storage: packaged in 50kg or 200 plastic barrel.

It should be stored under non-exposed and frozen condition at room temperature, with six-month shelflife.
