Product characters:

1.     This product has special structure, not normal amino silicone oil.

2.     Fabric after treatment has a soft and smooth hand feeling, with excellent elastic style. It can also give the fabric cold hand feeling like tencel.

3.     Good chemical stability.

4.     Can be used alone, good drapability, also can compound with other softener.

Application:

Applied to the soft and smooth treatment of pure cotton fabric, Lycra fabric and T/C fabric, better hand feeling to other synthetic fabric.

1. Padding process

  Dosage of 50-60 g/L, padding→drying→ finalize the design.

2. Imgregnating Process ( not recommend):

  Dosage of 0.5-2.0% (o.w.f), temperature: 20-40℃, for 20-30 minutes,

  Dewatering →baking at 100℃.

Customers can appropriate adjust the actual process through sample examination.

Package and storage:

125kg/drum, keep it under seal in cool and dry place, Shelf life of 6 months.
