Performance and application:

  1. For impregnation, it works in spillover tank at ordinary temperature, without silicon spot; for padding process, it gains no sticky roller, no silicon spot, and refurbished easily; 

  2.Ultra chemical stability: its approximating self-emulsifying performance ensures stability of its emulsion within a range of high shear and rather wide PH(pH:3-12)value; 

 3.It has no yellowing property, especially applied to white fabric or fabrics of light color;

 4.With its good hydrophilicity, after-finishing fabrics would become hydrophilic at once, with no APEO;

 5.It brings soft, full, silky hand feels and excellent  elasticity to fabrics, which helps to improve the drawing and recovering capability of cotton and knitting products obviously.

Range of application:     

(1)It fits softening finishing of various cottons and mixed fabrics.

(2)It fit softening finishing of various cottons,as well as such woven fabrics as linen, T/R, cotton or brocade,etc., with no sticky roller.

Applying methods:     

1. Impregnation:with the amount of 2-4%(o.w.f),use impregnation  at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes,and then comes to dewatering, drying or setting..

2.Padding process:with the amount about 5-15g/L ,use one impregnation method and two padding(or two impregnation and two padding), and then comes to drying or settling.
