Acrylic acid basis macromolecule matter

      Specification:

Appearance: Milk white liquid

Ion character: anionic

PH value: 5.5-7

Solid Content: ≥60%-70%

No need to add ammonia when dispersing thickener.

 Performance characteristics and application:

The thickening effect and internal quality of this product is equal to imported thickener PTF. But it can be made into paste rapidly, no need to add ammonia (If want to get paste more quickly, also can add 0.1-0.5% of total paste amount of ammonia). Good stability of making pigment paste, storage stability, good compatibility with pigment and binder, high color yield. As its excellent rheological property, it has fine printing pattern and clear outline, no bleeding, non-clogging. It can be applied in screen printing, roller and hand printing, also can be applied in the thickening of water proofing coating agent.

     Application method:

This product is APEO free.

Before using, it can be mixed and stirred with water into stock paste, then add into pigment paste, or it can be stirred directly together with binder, pigment paste and cross-linking agent, and can easily applied required viscosity. after stirring at high speed for 3-5 minutes. Recommended dosage is 1.5-1.7%(according to test) in 100% printing paste, can be reached to

Actual process should be adjusted conditionally according to test.

Package and storage:

Package: packed in150kgs or 160kgs plastic drum.

Storage: Prevent exposure and frozen, store at room temperature. With the durability of one year, will have a slight separation after long time storage, but it will not affect use after stirred evenly.
