Main Ingredient: Acrylate Copolymer

Physical and Chemical Property: 

Appearance:   Milk white paste 

Solid content:  38-40%

PH Value:    7~8

Compatibility:Using mixed with anionic / nonionic resin

Performance Characteristics:      

Low temperature color fixing, no need high temperature barking, 

  thus can save energy greatly, after filmed will not get yellow even

  at high temperature ( 190℃)

Paste preparation is simple, no compatibility sequence requirements, no 

  Need to add cross-linking agent, good stability of prepared paste, its  

  surface will not crust after stored 15 days in covered container. 

The printed cotton fabric has soft hand feeling, clear pattern 

  sharpness, bright color. 

Good compatibility with powder material, good mechanical stability, 

  Good stability in high speed stirring.

High elasticity, good anti-sticking property. 

Printing paste and pigment paste prepared by this product has good

adhesiveness with kinds of cloths, good washing fastness. 

This product is free of APEO and formaldehyde, conform to the 

  requirements of environmental protection. 

Range of application:       

1. 1. Applicable to the roller, cylinder, flat screen, manual printing and spray 

  and other technology. 

1. 2. Can applied to black and white paint.
2. 3. Good application on full cotton, polyester cotton, acrylic fibers, 

   polyester, knitwear, frieze boucle and even silk products etc.

Using technology:       

Printing—Barking(105℃,3~5minutes). 

Package and Storage:    

1. Packing:Iron or plastic drums. 

2. Storage:Can be stored more half a year under temperature of -5℃~

  60℃, warehouse should keep cool, dry and ventilate. 

1. 3. Once the packing was opened, pls be attention to seal it, to avoid 

  expose to the air in crust.
