Product Description
Sticky glue for flat screens
Yellow solvent emulsion, synthetic rubber based
Dry rapidly, 3-5 min in summer, 5-10 minutes in winter
Good sticky strength, water resistant, acid-proof, alkali-proof and high temperature resistant.
Used for alloy aluminum in dyeing, printing and impression process
Application:
Frame treatment:
Choose a suitable frame according the printing size; clean the surface between silk screen and frame; frame used for the first time needs to be fricted with an abrasive paper to make the surface rough; pre-coat the sticky glue and dry
Stick screen:
Fix the treated frame on a stretching and fixing machine and coat the frame surface with a suitable brush which has been dipped into the sticky glue, dry slightly, wipe and press with a rubber plate or a piece of soft cloth. Then dried naturally for about 3-5minutes in summer and 5-10minutes in winter
Package:
1kg per iron barrel, and 10kg in one case;
Storage:
one year at 5~35℃ (in a dark, dry and ventilating place).
